1. General

• These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Tirupati Packers and Movers.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled relocation date.

• A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment as agreed during the consultation.

• The remaining payment must be made before or upon completion of the service.

• Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

3. Services Provided

• Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and related relocation assistance as per the chosen service package.

• Any additional services requested during the relocation process will incur extra charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information about the goods to be moved, including their size, weight, and fragility.

• Fragile or valuable items must be disclosed in advance to ensure proper handling.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to supervise the packing and loading process and verify the inventory list.

• Customers must ensure access to the premises for our team and vehicles.

5. Liability

• Tirupati Packers and Movers ensures the utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damages to items not packed by our team.

  • Loss or damage due to natural disasters, accidents, or theft during transit.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• For insured items, claims must be made in accordance with the insurance policy terms.

6. Prohibited Items

• We do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals, etc.).

  • Illegal or contraband goods.

  • Perishable items or live animals.

• Any such items found during relocation will be removed from the shipment.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of the advance payment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the service has commenced.

8. Claims and Disputes

• Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

• Customers must provide all required documentation to process claims, including photographs and inventory lists.

• Disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All customer information is treated as confidential and used solely for service purposes.

• Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for insurance claims processing.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Telangana courts.
